The summer concerts in Boise never fail to meet everyone's expectations and Young The Giant's concert last night was no different. This end of summer spectacular was done by 3 artists who controlled the crowd like no other. Rosa Linn, Milky Chance, and Young The Giant's on-stage energy made the whole venue feel at peace.

Despite baking in the heat at the Ford Idaho Center there was no way you could sit down while these fun and upbeat songs were playing. Everyone was jumping around and having the time of their lives to the fun music. All of the best hits were played including Cough Syrup, Stolen Dance, SNAP, and more.

One of the core moments from the show, however, was when Young The Giant’s lead singer, Sameer Gadhia, gave a moving speech at the end of the show. The band hasn’t been to Boise since pre-Covid-19 and Sameer talked about how not only had he and the rest of the band missed coming to Idaho but also about how so much had changed for everyone in that time. He says “a lot of life has happened in that time”. It was one of those moments that touched everyone in the crowd as they too had so much change for them. The crowd went silent as Sameer gave his speech and just listed and took in what he had to say. Concluding this talk he explained how important it is to look out for one another and use our voices when needed.
