Massive Sabrina Carpenter Release Party to Invade Downtown Boise

You've heard the song 'Feather'.

You've driven to work, coffee in hand, listening to 'Espresso'.

You've certainly caught yourself humming along to 'Please, Please, Please'.

It's all a part of the Sabrina Carpenter 'wave' that is taking over pop culture. She's gone from 'up and coming pop star' and former Disney darling to full blown icon in what feels like just a matter of months.

While we here in Idaho may be a long drive and flight away from Hollywood and the likes, that doesn't mean that moments as large as this in the pop culture world aren't the buzz in the air here as well. That's certainly being proven tonight.

Music lovers know that there's one music pillar in our community: The Record Exchange.

The locally owned and operated record store sells it all and has been our area's go-to for new music, vintage finds, and all around good vibes.

Tonight, August 22nd, Sabrina Carpenter will be releasing her full album titled 'Shot n' Sweet' and The Record Exchange will be opening up LATE so that Sabrina's biggest fans in the Treasure Valley can drop in to purchase the new album.

The album will be available on vinyl, CD, and 'indie exclusive' cassette.

Doors will open up at 11:30 p.m. and once the album drops, The Record Exchange will throw it on the loud speakers and let it play for everyone to enjoy together!  Various Sabrina swag will also be available to those that are early into the doors--and a chance to win some free vinyl!
