Mateo's Three For The Weekend

Another weekend is here and we've got a stack of event ideas for you to check out all across the Treasure Valley. Of course, tomorrow is Summer Splash over at Roaring Springs water park--so if you won an invitation (you lucky one of one hundred and three), we'll see you there!

With things going on for the family, your friends, or maybe even a date night: here are my top three events for the weekend this week.

The Great Northwest Outdoor Expo
Ford Idaho Center
This runs Saturday, June 30th from noon until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday July 1st during the same time window. Love the outdoors? Wanting to learn a little more? This is Idaho, after all. From hunting to camping to fishing, there will be something for everyone here. There will also be "How-To" seminars!

Discovery Center's Adult Night
Discovery Center of Idaho
This adult night themed party at the Discover Center of Idaho actually looks like a riot. It's a 21+ event so drinks will be served and there will even be a silent disco. Beer goggles,. virtual reality, this night is all about the senses! It's $20 at the door to get in and goes until 10:00 p.m. tonight!

Food Truck Rally
36th Street Garden Center
I told you about this yesterday-- don't miss out! A HUGE food truck rally is going on and there's something for everyone. Try something new or stick to your favorite-- there's even beer! More on that, HERE.
