Every week, I dive through the internet and track down the biggest and best events for your weekend.  We have long work weeks--this means that we should absolutely be able to get out and enjoy ourselves with friends and family on the weekends-- right?

Well, unfortunately, things are looking a little bleak this weekend. With "Coronavirus" being the most overused term of the month, Boise and the greater Treasure Valley have seen literally every event face cancellation or postponement.

While typically, I would list out my top three events for you to GET OUT to this weekend...this week, I've got three ideas for you to do from the comfort of your own, socially-distanced bubble.

    Clean Your House

Look, all of our houses could probably use a good deep clean. I'm talking about the kind where you're on your hands and knees scrubbing baseboards.  Sure, there's nothing fun about it but there are few things greater than a clean house!  While you're cleaning, take a good look at clothes and other items you may no longer need. Purge them, donate them, and move forward!

    Binge Watch

Season 4 of Better Call Saul is now on Netflix and I forgot what is even on Season 3...this weekend for me will be a great time to turn on the tv, re-watch the old seasons and pick up where I last left off.

Re-watch your favorite show, start up a new one 9I'd highly suggest the new season of Dirty Money if you haven't seen it yet), and enjoy a little downtime.

    Get Outdoors

Bars? Closed. Restaurants? Closed. Every event ever? Canceled.

We all KNOW that living in the Treasure Valley comes with having luxurious outdoor options. Now more than ever is the time to take advantage of those. Put the phone down, take a hike, and breathe in some fresh air!
