The gist of it is, this is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a fire pit in the backyard, and the people of Kuna are saying it is way too expensive, even after multiple price reductions — the most recent price reduction being $30,000.

One gentleman posted in a very popular Kuna Facebook group, “FYI... the house at 1009 E Buck Dr. was just reduced $30,000.”

The general consensus is that the home is priced way too high. And I can totally relate with the comment about homes under $300K 😂 We ain't finding that anytime soon!
