It's one of my favorite events that happens all year and it's BACK, tomorrow, Saturday, June 1st! I'll be on stage hosting the event for the second year in a row and I am SO EXCITED.

Music On The Water, or MOTW for short, is an annual, day-long music festival that is held over at Esther Simplot Park.  The stage features local and regional bands and artists that come in to entertain under the sun and on the water. It's a great time that has a little something for everyone. If you're 21 or older and you have a crew looking for some plans tomorrow, I can't recommend this event enough.  It's so nice to be able to kick back in the grass, enjoy a cold beer (there are local brews for purchase on location), and soak up the sun. After all, I think that's one of the most "Boise" things you can do, right?

Fun event aside, this event benefits one of my favorite local charities, Make A Wish of Idaho. I had never experienced Make A Wish until THIS event last year. Ever since I have been a huge fan of their work. Music On The Water allows an insight into the good, local work that Make A Wish of Idaho does. The team over at Make A Wish of Idaho is made up of some of the most selfless people I've ever met-- it really blew me away from our first time working together and because of the love and passion I see from everyone involved, this organization has made a real impression on me. The best part about Music On The Water is that is BENEFITS Make A Wish of Idaho. How huge is that? You can make donations on site and believe me, you'll want to be a part of it once you get a look at stories and meet families that have been helped by Make A Wish of Idaho.

Otherwise, I'll see you SATURDAY, June 1st, at Esther Simplot Park!
