Northern Lights Dance Over Boise; Check Out The Jaw-Dropping Photos

What on earth is a 'geomagnetic storm' and why were we experiencing on above Idaho over the weekend? While the scientific answers may be above our pay grade, sharing the pictures of this 'storm' certainly isn't!

We received word from the Northwest Weather Service going into the week that this peculiar kind of storm was going to impact Idaho--and while the name makes it sound like some sort of scary sci-fi nightmare, it's actually one of the most magical things ever!

The aurora borealis, also known as 'The Northern Lights' took to the skies above Idaho this past weekend!

The Northern Lights were MORE than present over the Treasure Valley last night, Tuesday, November 11th! 

Were you able to see the magical lights above your home or neighborhood!? 

The images are amazing and many people have seeing these things towards the tops of their bucket lists--and it often requires traveling FAR from Idaho to see them. This week? Not so much.
