Popular Boise Cafe and Bakery Expands to Second Idaho Location

We’ve said it time and time again and it still remains true: one of the best parts about living in Boise is all of the local businesses. No matter where you go in Boise there tends to be at least one local business in every single shopping center which makes Boise feel even more homey and welcoming than it already is. Everyone in Boise also loves to support local businesses and give them the opportunity to flourish and grow. Which is why we are so excited about one local business opening their doors on a second location.

Sunshine Spice Cafe, a popular local bakery and cafe, has just opened their second Boise location on 10th street. Sunshine Spice Cafe’s Fairview location was so popular and everyone loved it so much that they were able to open another location in downtown Boise. 

The cafe and bakery was so special that they were the James Beard Semi Finalists in 2022 and won Outstander Baker Statewide as well as Best of Treasure Valley 2022 and 2023. 

Their menu stretches so far that you’re sure to find something you enjoy. From pastries including baklavas, Turkish bagels, beignets and cookies they have every delicious baked good you could possibly think about. They also have a wide variety of drinks to choose from to pair with whatever pastry you like the most. And even a lunch menu if you’re extra hungry when stopping in!

Check out their newest location at 220 N. 10th Street where they are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm.
