Bill Withers was such a pioneer that Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, Will Smith, UGK, Blackstreet, Cam'ron and Tupac all used his samples in hip hop songs. Most of Bill's success took place in the 70's but it's hard to argue that music is timeless when it's been sampled by so many of today's artist.
