Raiders Rank Low; What Does This Mean For Boise’s Ashton Jeanty?

These past few weeks have been huge for Boise State football fans as everyone watched to see what Ashton Jeanty would do during his first few weeks in the NFL for the Raiders. People watched in anticipation for what kind of performance Ashton Jeanty would be bringing to the table.

Everyone was extremely happy when Jeanty put up his first ever NFL touchdown. It was definitely one for the books and we are hopeful that this is the first of many and a very successful NFL career.

Considering Jeanty has been looking great on the field you would think that the team itself would be looking just as good... Sadly this is not the case.

Out of the 32 teams in the NFL The Raiders only ranked #26 for the power rankings this week according to the NFL Instagram.

It seems that most people agree that The Raiders deserve to be that low but what does this mean for Ashton Jeanty? Well, most people think he's still an insane player and the internet has taken to saying so. TikTok has especially been defending Ashton Jeanty's skill. He clearly still possesses all of the talent from his college years as he has an insane amount of yards post contact.

The stats speak for themselves and according to that comment section people are really excited to see his performance against The Bears this Sunday.

Most people are also mentioning that despite the low ranking it has nothing to do with Ashton Jeanty and the O-Line that he is playing behind.

@pushinheatt Ashton Jeanty is not the problem in Vegas. The O-Line needs to open up more holes and help him out in the running game. Most of his big gains this year were self generated and off of jukes and just being adverse to contact. No matter what happens this Sunday or even this season watching Ashton Jeanty play in the NFL has been nothing short of incredible and he has been absolutely killing it!
