Shooting at Ann Morrison Park – Suspect In Custody

I'm working on our show for Thursday and my co-host gets a tweet from Boise Police Department regarding a shooting.

I've lived here for 12 years and have never heard of anything like that in Ann Morrison Park. Is this to be expected with all the new people moving into the Treasure Valley? Is this a hint of what's to come?

The suspect is in custody and nobody was hurt. I'm sure more information to come and we'll definitely have all the details during Thursday's show. You just have to ask yourself, "Are we growing too fast?"

Meridian was just named one of the fastest-growing cities in the country and that's just a taste of what's to come. I'm afraid big city problems are to follow with the big city boom coming.
