Yesterday was a big day, as Michigan became the first state in the nation to ban flavored vape products. Their Governor Gretchen Whitmer said the ban is aimed at protecting youth.  The exact details make it illegal to sell nicotine vaping products online or through a retail store.

The new law will not ban unflavored or tobacco-flavored vaping products. The ban will be put into action in just a few weeks, giving retails time to sell off the last of their products without taking a loss on those items.

Throughout the summer I have noticed more people vaping and puffing out huge clouds of smoke from their vehicle when I have been in traffic. And in recent weeks we have heard of more people being injured due vaping, not shocking to find out that vaping will cause damage to your lungs over time.

Is this something you would like to see happen in Idaho next?
