Snooze at the Zoo This Holiday Weekend With Revan the Lion

The buzz around the new live action Lion King with stars like Beyonce and Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) is reaching into our own backyard with the newest arrival at the Boise Zoo.

Have you met Revan, the new male African Lion down at the Zoo Boise? You're in luck! This weekend the Zoo Boise is hosting a sleepover in the heart of the jungle (...where the lion sleeps tonight!!!)

Come out to the Zoo Boise Friday, July 6 for the coolest sleepover you've ever been to. Bring the family out to visit, Revan, Boise's new male African Lion along with several of his friends for an all-nighter.

What does this mean? No, you won't be sleeping with the animals (haha!) This is a safe event for families and here's what you get.

• After hours zoo tour with a guide.
• Animal encounters with zoo guide.
• Snacks and breakfast in the jungle.
• Beginning at 6:30 p.m. ending at 9:00 a.m the following morning.
• Cost is $45-50 for the entire event.
