Solving the Mystery Behind The Vacant Space on 8th Street

When the plaza on Broadway Avenue was renovated, Aspen Leaf Frozen Yogurt left 8th Street to join Zupas and Tin Roof Tacos.  We've been wondering what's getting ready to move into their old location.

We were Downtown to finish our mini tour at Old Chicago last weekend when I realized all the fencing blocking the store front below Fatty's was taken down.  In its place was a very wooden, sort of rustic looking front door.  I'm dying to know what's moving in there and our friend Don at BoiseDev solved the mystery!

According to his Twitter account the new tenant is Eureka! A quick search of their website shows that the restaurant specializes in gourmet burgers from scratch, a wide selection of American Craft beers and selection of local wines.

Their Boise based Facebook page reveals the new location opens in October.
