The 2nd Annual Friendship 5K was just announced and will benefit Boise Rescue Mission. The event takes place in August and will feature food, music, and more!

This is a FREE event! A 5k happening on Saturday, October 16th with free food, music and prizes up for grabs, plus you can do some good!

The views from the race will be incredible. The race page describes it as a "fast and stunningly beautiful course (that) showcases the beauties of Boise, from the panoramic mountain vistas along Bogus Basin Rd. to the lush waters of the Boise River."

Come out and join both veterans and civilians coming together for a 5K-10K celebration. This is a great event commemorating the fallen like SSG Aaron Butler, veterans and active duty.

The Turkey Day Trot is back and this 5k will get your Thanksgiving appetite in gear. Registration open and great family tradition to get the holiday weekend started.

103.5 KISS FM's Michelle Heart and Mijo were out supporting the 6th Annual SueB 5K Walk/Run at Julia Davis Park. There were hundreds of runners of all ages there to support the SueB Memorial Walk/Run.  The Women's and Children's Alliance is a great resource to have in the valley...
