You know those lists on online that say "YOU WON'T BELIEVE..." whatever the answer is? This is the one time you might agree.

Estately compiled a list of the most googled item in every state in the U.S., and some of the answers seem to make sense:

  • Oregon: Homebrew supplies
  • Alask: Ugly Christmas sweater
  • Indiana: Blow-Up doll

Those, while maybe a little odd, are totally believable. Right? According to Google Trends, people in those states are searching for those products more than any other. When it comes to Idaho though, something must've went wrong.

Seriously, you truly aren't going to believe what the list says.

I'm not exaggerating.

The results can't be real.

Ok. Enough delaying.

You ready?

In Idaho, the product people are googling the most is...

...

...

...

...

...

The Shamwow.

Yes. That dumb dishtowel from that dumb commercial that was EVERYWHERE like ten years ago. Had this been the "Most googled products from 2008" list, maybe I'd buy it. But, the Shamwow? Name ONE person who even owns one, let alone is planning on spending American dollars to purchase one in the near future.

I had to know more. Can one even procure a Shamwow in 2017? Yes. Yes you can. Just prepare yourself for the visual assault of their atrocious website.

This is not me bashing a product. I've never once come in contact with a Shamwow. However, I can't imagine anyone would want to this day in age. We're all too busy trying to pick up a SNES Classic or a t-shirt with a Pug on it.

I'm calling shenanigans on this list.
