These Larger-Than-Life Milkshakes and Burgers in Meridian Are a Must Try

Burgers and milkshakes go together like peas and carrots, peanut butter and jelly and ketchup and french-fries. When you need something substantial, like super substantial to satisfy even the biggest and loudest of stomach rumbles head over to Sid's Garage in Meridian. Located at The Village at Meridian, where Donut and Dog used to be. Sid's Garage has not been open long at all but is certainly making a name for itself. They are already working on expanding by opening a new location in Downtown Boise this spring.

The motto is "Leave boring at the door" and my goodness, do they follow that! Sid's proclaims  "full throttle comfort food and beverage meets excess." The burgers really are larger than life. They are stacked, unique and delicious! There are several burger variations, all come with at least 1/2-pound of Wagyu/Black Angus blend from local Snake River Farms and Double R Ranch.

A few examples just to get your mind and stomach ready.... Jekyll & Hyde comes with swiss cheese, grilled peach, stone ground mustard, bacon-onion jam, and mixed greens. Not So Whimpie with candied jalapeno bacon, cheddar cheese, veggies, and burger sauce. The Hangover features applewood smoked bacon, fried egg, cheddar cheese, and pretzel bun. Um yea, now ya get it? Unique, stacked and delicious!

But that's not all folks, that's not all ;) we haven't even started on the shakes yet. They are colossal and colorful! The Midnight Munchies is one of the most popular and comes with fruity pebbles, vanilla ice cream, brown butter glaze, and rainbow lollipop. It's better than something you would get at Disneyland! This place will satisfy the hungriest of adults and your kiddos will feel like they got the treat of a lifetime. If you want to have a special dining experience, check these guys out.
