This Bill FORCES Idaho Schools To Have A Cell Phone Policy

When it comes to cell phone use in Idaho public schools, what's your take?

Should students be able to have their phones on them at all times? Or, how about confiscating phones before school begins? How about banning cell phones from campus all together?

As you can probably tell, it's not a black-and-white issue. Different people have differing opinions on how cell phone use should be handled in schools. One Idaho bill is hoping to brute force schools into coming up with a policy regarding cell phones.

The bill would require all Idaho school districts to have a cell phone policy in place by August 1st, 2025.

While it may seem like common sense that all schools in Idaho must have some kind of policy regarding cell phone use on campus, that isn't the case. You should also know this is the third time this bill has been introduced at the Idaho statehouse.
