It's been over 5.5 years since the last time my mom has visited Idaho from the Buckeye State!  Where's the one place I HAVE to take her this weekend?! To see the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile!

My mom is a badass and has gone through a lot in the past year. After taking years off from her career to raise my little sister, Caitlin and I, my mom decided to rejoin the work force by becoming a receptionist at out local catholic church.  Over the years she developed a bond with our pastor, Father Joe Fata, that I can only compare to the brotherly bond I share with Keke here at 103.5 KISS FM. My mom would take a bullet for this incredibly inspirational man.  Even though he once threatened to cook my box turtle into "turtle soup" (as a joke of course) when I was a kid, my sister and I really considered him a member of our family.  In April, my little sister married the love of her life.  Father Fata was supposed to perform the ceremony, but was far too sick from his battle with cancer to do so. It was a decision that he waited till the absolute last minute to make because he was so close to our family.  A few months later, Father Fata lost his battle to cancer.

Needless to say, my mom's still very sad over the passing of her boss and I want to make sure she has the absolute best time in Boise EVER! So do you know where I'm taking her? To see the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile!
