It's one of the biggest parades and festivals to hit downtown Boise and CERTAINLY Capitol Park all year-- Boise Pride Festival.  Celebrating it's 30th year this June, Boise Pride is a staple event for many in our community and what I love watching, is its growth. The first time I ever attended a pride festival was in 2010--my, what 9 years has done for the growth of it.  I love even more how much this event, while a celebration of the LGBTQ community, has grown into a safe place for anyone. It's an event that simply encourages acceptance--for everyone. That to me, is powerful.

The festival's main stage has over the years been home to a ton of entertainers but this year, festival organizers have taken it to a whole new level, announcing just this past week that there will be 3 main stage headlining acts! You can see all three below, with their bios as provided by Boise Pride!
