Once again, we are watching Boise State football players on the road to the NFL. For the 12th year in a row, we will recognize some faces we've seen on the blue.

Jeremy McNichols and Tanner Vallejo will be the two former Boise State football players in Indianapolis going through drills and interviews in the hopes that the NFL wants them.

Jeremy McNichols arrived in Indy on Tuesday and will take part in on-field drills with other running backs this Friday. We can see it all happen starting at 7:00 a.m. on the NFL Network. C'mon, it's really cool to be able to watch it all happen (that way, we can say we were part of it all).

Not long after these drills, Jeremy McNichols will have shoulder surgery.

Starting this Thursday, Vallejo will arrive in Indy for his on-field drills with other linebackers.

Following drills, the NFL hopefuls will have interviews with teams, have measurements taken, meet with the media, do medical and psychological testing.

According to the Idaho Statesman, here's who we've seen at the combine (what this whole drill, interview, measurement process is called) are:

  • 2016: Rees Odhiambo, OL; Darian Thompson, S; Kamalei Correa, DL/LB
  • 2015: Jay Ajayi, RB
