We're a civilized people, us Boisians.

We dress well, we're kind to our neighbors, and we don't let our dogs pull off any shenanigans at the local park. Why? Because we're Boisians, damn it!

For real though. Don't be a d*ck at the dog park. Here are some rules you should know.

Some actual, real rules per Boise City Code that you'll want to know:

In order to bring a dog into a Boise City Park, it must be licensed.

No harassing of other pets or people by your dog.

Leash that dog! Unless a sign says otherwise.

You are responsible for picking up your dog's poop. Not park staff. Not someone else. Not Oprah. Not Jesus. You. Yes, you.

If you'd like to know more, to make sure you're not going to end up getting a citation or fine, you can check out all the rules regarding bringing your dog to Boise Parks here.

We adore our doggos. However, that doesn't mean we're above having a little fun with them from time to time, even at their expense!
