Friday Faves 3/15

Hella singles out this week as artists gear up to release full albums.

ScHoolboy Q hasn't put out a project since an LP in 2016, and rumors he's readying his next album are fueled by his single Numb Numb Juice, which is my favorite new song this week.

Anderson .Paak teased his upcoming album Ventura with features from andre3000, Jazmine Sullivan, Brandy, Nate Dogg and Smokey Robinson by releasing single King James, the first single off of the album. Ventura is due out April 12, just five months after his last full length album Oxnard.

Iggy Azalea is getting ready to release her project In My Defense and gave us a tease of the album with Sally Walker, produced by J. White, who also did Bodak Yellow. I haven't checked for Iggy in a minute, but I'm feeling this vibe and look forward to her upcoming album.

After comparing himself to Tupac, T.I. links with Snoop Dogg for Playas Ball.

Tory Lanez hasn't been put out anything that I love lately, but clearly touring with Drake is rubbing off on him. Freaky cashes in on the flute trend and has a Plug Walk feel, IMO. I love it.
