Huge MMA Event Coming To Boise

The Treasure Valley isn't a stranger to producing some successful MMA fighters, it's just something we do.

On Friday you can see the biggest mixed martial arts event to ever come to Boise!

Bellator 155 comes to CenturyLink Arena this Friday, and it's a big one. It'll feature 14 fights, including Rafael Carvalho squaring off against Melvin Manhoef.

Bellator CEO Scott Coker says:

I think Boise's ripe for a big fight. The area has some good fighters, and we're always watching for the next star we can build.

Eight Idaho fighters will be competing including former Boise State wrestler Jesse Brock, and Scott Thometz.

Belletor is expecting a crowd of over 4,000 people on Friday, which would be a sellout for CenturyLink Arena.
