It's summertime here in the Treasure Valley and beyond--and Idaho simply loves the summer! So it's nice out, you're with your friends and it's time to hit the town.

Who is actually dining INDOORS in this beautiful weather!?

It is no secret that Idaho LOVES their patios and when it comes to a meal or a drink on a patio, we're total suckers for it. A recent survey took in feedback from foodies all across America just to rank neighborhoods with the very best outdoor dining.

Idaho didn't do too shabby.

Take a look at what the survey came up with--what are your thoughts?

We love that Boise ranked well--but what about Coeur d'Alene?

Coming in as the top Idaho destination? Downtown Boise's 8th street. Gone are the days where cars drive up this road. One of the only good things that COVID-19 gave us was this street! Closed to cars during the pandemic for patio expansion--it is now PERMANENTLY closed to cars and is simply the best!

Idaho Falls ranked next, for Idaho, although the photos of downtown don't look amazing.

Finally, Coeur d'Alene--one of the most beautiful cities in all of the country, came in third among Idaho locations and outside of the top 100 in the survey. That makes no sense.

Did Meridian get snubbed in all of this? There are some great options for outdoor dining there!
