Justin Bieber ARRESTED in Florida

TMZ is confirming that after weeks of a downward spiral, Justin Bieber, 19, was arrested early this morning in Miami Beach for DUI and drag racing. 

They are told that Bieber had just left a club and was driving a Lamborghini at the time cops spotted him.  He was given a field sobriety test where cops pulled both cars involved in the incident over.  Bieber failed that test.

UPDATE 1:46 PM: Bieber has bonded out of jail at $2,500.  Of course he left in typical JB fashion...by jumping on top of an SUV and waving to a crowd of Bielibers that had gathered outside.  Justin blew a .04 for his breathalyzer test, which wouldn't necessarily make him too drunk to drive BUT Bieber is not of legal drinking age.  Florida has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and a .02 means you are automatically going to lose your license.

UPDATE 9:09 AM:  Law enforcement officials just held a news conference and said the following: "[Justin] made statements he had consumed some alcohol, been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication."

UPDATE 8:06 AM:  We've now seen the police report as well.  Despite smelling like alcohol, he told police that he was on his way home from the recording studio.  Check out the document HERE.

UPDATE 7:57 AM: TMZ's got the police report.  It explains when police approached Bieber's car he reeked of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and a stupor look on his face.  They say Bieber yelled at the cops:

"Why the f*** are you doing this? What the f*** did I do?  Why did you stop me?"  Upon being pat down Bieber screamed "I ain't go no f***ing weapons, why do you have to seach me?  What the f*** is this about?"

UPDATE 6:38 AM: It looks like the charges Bieber will face are resisting arrest without violence, drag racing and driving on an expired license.  They're saying that Bieber refused to pull his hands out of his pockets when instructed to do so by police.

UPDATE 6:15 AM: TMZ has footage of the arrest. Police tell TMZ that Bieber was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol at the time of his arrest. The person they Biber was racing was Def Jam label mate, rapper Khalil.
