Kanye West Makes Idaho Presidential Ballot Cut

Well, Idaho--expect Kanye West to appear on your presidential ballot this fall. Believe it or not, in the State of Idaho, only 1,000 signatures are required to make the ballot for President of the United States. Kanye West turned in a whopping 1,022 signatures.

A lot of people aren't sure how to feel about Kanye running at all. Say what you will about American politics and the party system that is our reality...but realistically, we all know that two parties--the Democratic Party and the Republican Party are really the only ones that stand a chance to win.

Going into November's election, it's going to be either Donald Trump alongside Mike Pence or Joe Biden alongside Kamala Harris.

Many worry that popular names like Kanye West that--some say, aren't serious candidates, take away from the seriousness of the election and that enough votes as "a joke" or to be silly could tilt the scale one way or another.
