Mateo's Three For The Weekend

Cheers to the weekend, it's finally here! If you don't have any plans I've searched high and low for some of the best weekend events or ideas that I totally recommend for you.

Last weekend, I had a friend from college in town and that turned out to be quite refreshing. It was fun to step aside, show off our city and all that there is to do, and NOT take it for granted. We checked out restaurants, bars, and parks that I normally wouldn't stop to appreciate.

Below, find my top three suggestions for getting out there and having some fun today.

Pauly Shore
Liquid Laughs
Our downtown comedy club is hosting well known comedian Pauly Shore tonight and tomorrow and 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. each night. I love the vibe in this bar and the small setting makes for a really fun comedy room.

Downtown Boise Street Market
8th & Idaho
Ok, there's nothing secret about our awesome street market but for the first time in over a year, I actually ENJOYED it on a Saturday morning, last week. I got some local goods and soaked up the city-- if you haven't enjoyed a warm morning out here yet, do it this weekend!
