Nampa, Idaho Getting A New 264-Unit Housing Complex In 2026
Do we still believe there are great places in Boise for you to move to and call home? Yes, yes we do.
The internet, however, disagrees strongly.
- "Boise is closed!"
- "No more room!"
- "We're full!"
Surely you've heard some iteration of those comments online. Well, it's because many folks in Boise (and Idaho as whole) aren't keen on folks from other states moving in and changing things.
Well, those other state people are about to have 264 new opportunities to call Nampa, Idaho their new home.
Nampa, Idaho will be home to a new 264-unit housing project, scheduled for completion in 2026.
It'll be called The Logan, a Class A multifamily community in Nampa. A managing partner for the company who's in charge of the new project had this to say:
Nampa is a rapidly growing area with significant unmet needs for new multifamily communities. We are very excited to be expanding into Idaho and believe The Logan will fill a significant need for residents seeking a high-quality apartment community with desirable amenities.
How do you feel about almost 300 new neighbors moving in to Nampa? Are you alright with the Boise area's expansion taking place outside of Boise?
