Nampa Just Beat Boise on This Top 10 List

No question, Idaho has got it going on! There have been numerous publications, articles and Top 10 lists about Idaho or one of the many cities in Idaho. And let’s be honest, when a city in the Treasure Valley gets mentioned, it’s usually Boise. But, it appears another city in the Valley is giving Boise a run for its money when it actually comes to running a city. According to WalletHub our favorite 2C City was listed as the #1 “Best Run” city in the country, two spots ahead of Boise.

In order to determine the best- and worst-run cities in America, WalletHub compared 150 of the most populated cities across six key categories: 1) Financial Stability, 2) Education, 3) Health, 4) Safety, 5) Economy and 6) Infrastructure & Pollution.
We evaluated those dimensions using 35 relevant metrics, which are listed below with their corresponding weights. Each metric was graded on a 100-point scale, with a score of 100 representing the highest quality of service.
