A Major Retailer Just Opened in Meridian; Shoppers Are Obsessed [Photos]

It's been a tough year for many businesses here in the Treasure Valley and beyond. Many, unfortunately, have closed for good.

Opening in Idaho? A popular retail store is doing just that and shoppers are THRILLED to have a second location in town.

Announced a year ago, Nordstrom Rack is opening their second location in the Treasure Valley, set to compliment the existing store near the Boise Towne Square Mall and satiate the massive shopping crowds out near Meridian these days.

We were able to get an inside look at the new Nordstrom Rack location next to the Village at Meridian on Tuesday, October 21st, just days before it is open to the general public!

How amazing does this store look!? It's brand new! 

Nordstrom Rack does an amazing job of providing great deals on top brands that you may see at their regular 'Nordstrom' stores--in larger cities. Idaho does not have a Nordstrom, unfortunately.

In a statement released by Nordstrom Rack ahead of their Grand Opening in Meridian--the retail store shared the following explanation of what to expect from them: 

Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc. and plays a critical role in the company's Closer to You strategy, which focuses on delivering customers a more convenient and interconnected experience across its stores and digital platforms. Nordstrom Rack offers customers up to 70 percent off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes from many of the top brands sold at Nordstrom stores as well as core services like online order pickup for Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, easy returns and alterations at select stores. Nordstrom Rack is the largest source of new customers to Nordstrom.

The store opens to the public on Thursday, October 23rd at 9:00 a.m. and is located at 2260 N Eagle Road in Meridian--just near The Village!
