Wow! I Feel So Sad For This Little Girl..

Is this real life??

These "Parents" locked their child up in a cage, and basically were leaving her to rot. On top of that, they found remains of another child buried around the yard of this weird family! This just is not right...and should never happen!

I just saw one of my Facebook friends post up this link! I can't help but to ask...What is wrong with people!!
