I haven't lived here that long but have spent a lot of time in Idaho and this area is considered more of the city, I mean it is the city. The metro is close to 700,000 people, so when I saw this young lady riding a horse after I took a turn off State and then went a few blocks turned again and here she was riding her horse on the right side of the road, obeying laws but just trotting along.

Is this more common than I think? I mean yeah up north a little bit or even east you may find this but in Boise ? I would say Kuna, Melba or Caldwell you may find this but right in Boise was something new for me.
