Here in Idaho, we love our fries. Of course--this love for fries expands beyond the handheld starchy treat. We're lucky enough, in Idaho, to be the global hub of potatoes and potato based products. Everything from fries to stews, hashbrowns to baked/roasted/or mashed taters originate here in Idaho.

Now, let's talk about a disaster that only an Idahoan would hate to see & really, truly understand. It just happened, only hours away from us in Provo, Utah. We have talked recently about roads being taken over by bugs--how about french fries?

 


  You're reading this right--a crash on I-15 in Utah led to what has been added up as millions of french fries and they were all over the interstate. Of course, plenty of folks online had something to say about it:      

 


     

 

Most importantly, there were no injuries to any drivers in this crazy crash. The fries, however, took over a total of 6 lanes of traffic: four going one direction and two going the other.

Boise Traffic Incident Captured on Video Goes Viral

On Friday, May 20th, a video was posted online from a busy Boise street. The video showed a totally insane incident which involved one woman stopping down traffic and straight up screaming at vehicles that she forcibly stopped.
We don't know the contest of this video--only that one individual captured it on film.
