Why Does AI Always Depict People From Idaho As Hillbillies?
We're not going to sit here and act like we 100% understand how Artificial Intelligence works. It's still a developing technology sector, growing by the second, and it's honestly just hard to keep up.
But can someone please explain why A.I. always takes prompts about Idaho and churns out a photo looking like it came from Little House On The Prairie?
The prompt for the above photo? "People from Idaho."

Pick the image generator of your choice. Free. Paid. Trial. Premium. It doesn't matter. They all continually generate photos like the one seen above.
Does AI believe that the entire state of Idaho is a rolling meadow occupied by geriatric farmers? Not that there's anything wrong with that, but there's so much of Idaho that isn't...whatever that is.
The photo above looks nothing like Boise. Nothing like Meridian. Why is AI ignoring a large part of Idaho's population?
We're just asking questions.

Maybe AI just doesn't know how to draw...like...at all.
Don't believe us? Check out the results AI decided to develop for us after being prompted to draw "Californians moving to Boise."
Again, AI drew these images. Not us.

But, can AI be used for some kind of good? Since all the above photos seem to be kind of...pointless.
Maybe.
There's a new craze you may want to look into, A.I. pet dogs.

Maybe AI could do us all a favor and explain exactly what a silent disco is. I mean, we know what they are, but why do people go to them?
What are Silent Discos?
