Think of your worst habit. Mine is consistently playing with my hair. Keke's is filling all silences with "ummmmmmm" and neither of us notice our own habits in the moment, but we definitely notice each others. So if we had a device that could curb each others habits as we notice them, it could be an actual game changer. Cue Amazon.

Here's a shocker: Amazon is selling a $200 bracelet that will deliver a jolt of electricity every time you try to indulge in a bad habit.

"Pavlok allows you to speak your reptile brain’s language by adding an unpleasant element (a safe and harmless ‘zap’ of electricity on your wrist) to what you have been taught to love (your nasty lingering habit)," the manufacturer explains on the device's Amazon page.

If you choose, the Pavlok's 350-watt jolt can also be administered to you secondhand by family or friends who catch you in the act of overeating, smoking, biting your nails, or whatever gross habits you have, like playing with your hair or "ummm"ing. It promises a reduction of bad habits within three to five days.

Seems legit. I may have found Keke's birthday present. Video here.
