AMBER Alert Canceled

Great news has surfaced today, bringing to a close the AMBER Alert issued earlier this week for 16 year-old Sandy Moore.  Sandy was found safe in Casper, Wyoming.  The man who had her, 60 year-old Rodney Lee Zahn is in custody.
