2021 is here and it's time to move forward, it's time for a new beginning. The relationship category is one that plays into the "new year, new beginning" umbrella and a lot of us made it our new years resolution to find love in 2021. COVID-19 obviously made dating in 2020 a bit of a challenge. Less social situations diminished the number of opportunities to meet "the one" and as a result dating apps grew in popularity by leaps and bounds. The biggest mystery surrounding dating apps is do they work? and which one is the right one for me?

I worked with someone at the radio station who took the quantity over quality approach and put herself on Tinder, Bumble, Match and Hinge.  She was convinced that depending on what she was looking for the different apps would produce qualified candidates. For example if she wanted a quick hook up, Tinder was the move, If she wanted someone she could take seriously then Bumble was the correct choice.
