It's bowl season here in Boise as Brigham Young University and Western Michigan University have arrived to play on the blue in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl! Of course the game isn't until the weekend and that means there's plenty of time for some fun before hand. Yesterday, these teams set some time aside for charity, though--which is pretty awesome.

The Albertsons Tackle Hunger Project was held at Bishop Kelly High School last night, where both teams raced to package meals for those in need this holiday season, totaling over 40,000! The entire effort looked like a pretty entertaining 90-minutes that while fun, was obviously meant to make a difference in the grand scheme of things. Check out this tweet with a video provided by the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl to see how busy these guys were!
