One Boise guy is feeling like acts of kindness do not go unnoticed or unrewarded.

Boise's own Brandon Sedin was out doing some shopping by the Boise Town Square Mall after work on Monday where he spotted a homeless man and gave him some money. He stopped by the Jacksons on Milwaukee and Emerald after where he was feeling lucky and purchased a few lotto tickets.

Brandon had scratched his tickets by Tuesday and won the last top prize on the Scratch Game Juggernaut Jackpot! Lottery officials said that will end the Juggernaut Jackpot scratch game.

“I don’t play that often, but I just felt I should pick some up,” Sedin told the Idaho Lottery. “Wow, talk about karma!”

He then claimed his prize at the Idaho Lottery Office.

“I have a big winning ticket, yeah, it’s a pretty good Tuesday.” he said.

He reportedly has plans to save and invest his winnings. Jacksons will receive a bonus of $20,000 from the Idaho Lottery for selling the winning ticket.

See?! Maybe our good deeds aren't typically rewarded immediately like Brandon's was, but I really believe that there's good in doing good for others, even if that good is seeing someone smile or making their day instead of winning a couple hundred thousand dollars. Good for him.
