Dickey’s Barbecue Pit To Feed Health Care Workers

This is National Nurses week and over this past week we've been paying tribute to the nurses that go above and beyond. Keke and I have lived through very positive experiences with heaven sent nurses and you can read our stories here on 1035kissfmboise.com .

I believe in giving more of what you desire. You want more kindness, give more kindness, you want more respect, give more respect. Therefore, every time I see a Treasure Valley business giving back to the community I like to highlight their efforts. Today I want to highlight Dickey's Barbecue Pit. On May 11th -15th they will be feeding nurses and health care workers in general. Every day next week Dickey's will be bringing their food truck to area hospitals in order to give away free pulled pork sandwiches. They will have make other food truck menu items available for purchase but if you're a healthcare worker you will get a free sandwich and there is NO purchase necessary.  Here is the schedule:

Monday 5/11

St.Alphonsus Boise Curtis Rd. serve time: 10:30am-9:00pm

Tuesday 5/12

St.Lukes Downtown Boise.  serve time: 11:00am-1:00am

Wednesday 5/13

St.Alphonsus Boise Curtis Rd. serve time: 10:30am-9:00pm

Thursday 5/14

St.Alphonsus Nampa Garrity. serve time: 10:30am-9:00pm

Friday 5/15

St. Lukes Nampa Market place: serve time 11:00am-2:00pm and 11:00pm-1:00am
