Experiencing Hard Times In Boise? You Can Legally Do This
2023 has already started off as a tough year for so many people. Rising housing costs. Political turmoil. Crazy weather thanks to global warming. It's hard out here for a pimp.
Fortunately for you, when times get tough (and we mean real tough), you still have a nuclear option to turn to.
Before anyone screams FAKE NEWS or CLICK BAIT, know that what you're about to read is a 100% real law in the state of Idaho. Look it up.
A fair warning: Just because we're clueing you in to this being legal, we are in no way advising you do this. As in, don't. And if you do, you read about it from some other radio station's article.
Chapter 18, Chapter 50 of Idaho Law: “Every person who unlawfully and maliciously deprives a human being of a member of his body, or disables, disfigures or renders it useless, or cuts out or disables the tongue, puts out an eye, slits the nose, ear or lip, is guilty of mayhem.”
Meaning, you can't eat people. Cannabalism is illegal in Idaho, as it should be. Unless the action was taken under life-threatening conditions. As in, if your only way of not dying is to start snacking on a buddy, that's...ok?
Don't eat people. Even if it's legal, kinda.
