First Fire, Now Water Delays Simplot Headquarters

It is what has been causing the awful traffic on Front Street in downtown Boise for the past couple of months. If you've tried to leave town on the connector, you know exactly what I'm talking about.  The construction of the Simplot Headquarters building has been a process, to say the least.

Just this summer, a fire put a kink in construction workers' schedule's (read about that HERE).

Now, water damage is delaying the completion date for this building. According to Boisedev.com, the first set of workers were to begin moving into the work space last week.  Now, water damage has delayed that.
