Simplot Sues Over Fry Design

Idaho staple, The J.R. Simplot Company knows fries, arguably, better than anyone.  Just this week, they have filed a lawsuit against McCain Foods, an Illinois based food company for copying what Simplot started in 2013: the Sidewinder Fry.

Simplot says that they hold a patent for the features of that fry.
