Garage? Front Door? What’s Idaho’s Go-To Trick-Or-Treat Choice?
Halloween is literally days away, so consider this your absolutely final warning that this is the time to prepare for trick-or-treating.
You absolutely do not want to be the one house on the block that turns off all the lights, but we can see you in the living room, ignoring us, watching Netflix. Like a monster.
Where's the best place to hand out candy from on your property?
When kids come up to your house in costume this October 31st to show off their costumes and collect a little candy, where exactly are they going to find you?
Will you wait behind the front door and open it for every single trick-or-treater that stops by?
Do you sit on your doorstep to eliminate all that door-opening nonsense?
Do you set up a table inside your garage, and have kids come up the driveway?
Do you do something else that's probably kind of weird?
For my home, my wife and I go the whole nine yards. House all lit up, speakers out, tons of pumpkins. And we choose to setup in the driveway, which has resulted in the entire neighborhood following suit. We've heard from many of our neighbors with kids that they prefer this method, because everyone can see everything better, including their own children. Definitely feels safer, according to them.
What do you think? How do you trick-or-treat every year?
