Hawaiian Vibes Meet Popular Boise Brewery for Weekly Pig Roast

Once summertime hits the Treasure Valley--things just feel different. There's an energy in the air that in unmatched anywhere else in the country. With endless outdoor activity possibilities right in our backyard, stellar patio and rooftop dining options, and of course the massive increase in concerts that roll through town: there's something for everyone.

When't the last time that you hit up a luau? One very popular Boise brewery has said it's time to party under the sun, Hawaiian style! That's right--they're literally roasting a pig every Sunday through the summer!

Here's a look at the pig roast that happened this past weekend at Western Collective!

Doesn't this look awesome? Who needs to go to Hawaii when you can have a legit pig roast right here in Boise!? 

Western Collective Brewing, located off of Chinden Boulevard, is constantly hosting all sorts of themed parties and community events. This may be the most delicious yet!

According to Western Collective's event page, drink specials and dinner tickets are available each Sunday starting at 2:00 p.m. Adults eat for $20 and kids for $10-- sides for the roasted pig include baked beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, red cabbage coleslaw, rolls and sauce!

There's also a limited edition 'boozy slush' available--Hawaiian Mango!
