Thursday is the big day. The Governor is supposed to determine if Idaho stays in stage 4 or if we're done with social distancing and the state can go back to living life as we knew it before COVID-19. The truth of the matter is that is that Idaho is not looking good... at all. According to the Idaho statesman:

"The state will pass based on emergency department visits (fewer than 20 per day) and admissions (fewer than two per day) with COVID-19-like symptoms, availability of patient care and health care supplies, as it did last time."

However that seems highly unlikely because the state has averaged over 299 new cases in the last 14 day window which will be used to determine how Idaho moves forward. Interesting to note that the previous 14 days the state average was 85.9. The other thing to keep in mind is that no matter what happens on a state level, Boise will remain in stage 3. Cross your fingers and hope for good news but according to the numbers Idaho is failing.
