Justin Bieber Back To Jail

Justin Bieber is headed BACK to jail!  CNN is reporting that JB is turning himself in regarding an incident with a limo driver last month.  This doesn't look good considering he just got out of jail after several charges that included a D.U.I.

This dude is on a collision course!

Usher and his manager just flew to Panama where the "Biebs" was shooting a new video.  My sources say it was an intervention.  Usher is not too happy that he's having to pause filming to babysit.
