We just got the news that Boise's 4th of July Parade was canceled as it joins Nampa in their huge Summer celebration. We keep wondering which annual event is going to drop next and so that keeps our eyes on news alerts.

I just received this message and we have another event that will NOT cancel. The 37th Annual Saturday in the Park Car Show happens this weekend and everything is going as planned.

The Treasure Valley Mustang and Ford Club put this big event on raising funds for the Meridian Food Bank. The Saturday in the Park Car Show will happen this Saturday at Kleiner Park in Meridian. How will they handle coronavirus regulations? They will have social distancing protocols as required by the City of Meridian.

  • 37th Annual Saturday in the Park Car Show
  • Saturday, June 13, 2020
  • 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park in Meridian.
  • Free registration

There has been a loss in sponsorships like anything else happening right now due to the coronavirus. They are accepting donations, food, and cash to assist the Meridian Food Bank at the gate. You have to imagine all the people out of working needing extra assistance with less food coming in. I'm sure anything helps at this point. I'll post up the official link below but the car show is Saturday.

Enjoy!
