Let the Dog’s Run Free – Boise Parks to Become Seasonal Off-Leash Parks

Who let the dogs out? Ann Morrison and Optimist Youth Sports Complex will become seasonal dog off-leash areas starting Nov. 1. Finally, my Chihuahua "Bella" can run free in Boise.

According to the City Of Boise "All areas of the two parks are available for off-leash dog use, sunrise to sunset, with the exception of the Greenbelt, parking lots and roadways and playground. Owners are reminded to please pick up after their pets.The off-leash program is intended to help prevent long-term damage and address public health and safety concerns caused by geese."

As a dog lover I'm excited! Bella finds true happiness when shes allowed to run freely and pee leash free.
